Ask a Question, Request a Service or Report a Concern

You can use the GONorthbrook service request system to ask a question, request a service or report a non-emergency concern at any time. This system will help you identify which type of service you are looking for, select the address for the service and submit comments and pictures right from your desktop or phone. A free mobile app is also available in the the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Please note that the service request is only monitored during regular business hours. If you are involved in or are witnessing an emergency situation, please call 911.

Northbrook Notify

Northbrook Notify is the Village’s emergency mass notification system, which can send you calls, text messages or e-mails based on what you select. For more information and to sign up, see the Northbrook Notify page.


NotifyMe is for non-emergency notifications on a variety of topics which are typically sent by email and occasionally text message if applicable. This system allows residents and businesses to sign up for automated notifications when based on a selection of topics, from meeting agendas, bid notices, construction projects, event spotlights and other Village news. 

Notification Reminder

Sign up for both Northbrook Notify and NotifyMe.  These are two separate notification systems and residents and businesses must sign up for each system independently in order to receive emergency alerts from Northbrook Notify and non-emergency notifications from NotifyMe.
