The Village of Northbrook utilizes a variety of tools to communicate with residents and businesses.
The Village uses Northbrook Notify to send voice and text and/or email messages to businesses and residents during local emergencies. Northbrook Notify messages pertain to time-sensitive, common-interest issues such as emergency street closures, police activity, or tornado warnings. These messages supplement other communication modes and public safety/first responder services. Sign up here - please note that this form automatically signs you up for non-emergency notifications as well. The Village will not share any personal information.
In addition to Northbrook Notify, anyone can text 60062 to 888777 to sign up for emergency text-only messages.
The Village sends a weekly Northbrook Voice E-Newsletter with Northbrook news, events, and community updates. Additional e-newsletters are sent as needed for pertinent information. Sign up here - please note that this form automatically signs you up for emergency notifications as well.
Are you signed up but not receiving emails? Check your spam or junk mail folder for a message from The Village of Northbrook <firstname.lastname@example.org> and the subject line "Northbrook Voice E-Newsletter."
