This project involves installation of inlet structures along Wendy Drive and the replacement of the existing storm sewer with a higher capacity main.
On Tuesday, June 9, the Village Board approved Resolution 2020-78, which awarded the construction contract to Lenny Hoffman Excavating, Inc.
Construction NoticeOn Thursday, June 11, the Village issued initial construction notices to all potentially impacted properties for this project. A copy of this notice may be found at this link.

November 30, 2020This project is now substantially complete.

Asphalt pavement repairs planned for this week were delayed due to cold weather. The work was rescheduled and is now expected to begin on Tuesday, November 3.

The Contractor has advised they anticipate completing pavement repairs on Ridge Rd and Wendy Dr this week. The project underground utility work is complete at this time. After the pavement is restored clean up and parkway restoration work will be performed.
