The Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) released Phase 4 guidelines for residents and businesses. All Illinois regions advanced into Phase 4 of Restore Illinois on June 26.
Phase 4 permits gatherings of 50 or fewer with proper physical distancing. Indoor facilities for industries such as dining, entertainment, and health/fitness may reopen with strict public health and safety guidelines in place.
