NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Northbrook Plan Commission on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2026 AT 7:30 p.m., in the Board Room of the Village Hall. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the following:

845 – 875 SANDERS ROAD – GOLFNEX LLC
Application by GolfNex LLC (the “Applicant”) as lessee of a portion of the property (875 Sanders Road) commonly known as Standy Plaza at 845 – 875 Sanders Road (the “Subject Property”), which is owned by Code 77 LLC; Code 77A LLC; and Code 77B LLC (collectively the “Owners”), for the purposes of:
- Special Permit for Amusement and Recreation Services, More than 2,500 sq ft in the C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District;
- Special Permit for parking reduction, in excess of 25% to reduce the required parking from 89 spaces to 65 spaces (27%); and
- Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary to accomplish development and use of the Subject Property as requested by the Applicant
The Subject Property, which is located on the east side of Sanders Road, south of Dundee Road, and is zoned C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District (Real Estate Index Numbers 04-07-200-030-0000; 04-07-200-031-0000; 04-07-200-032-0000). The Applicant is requesting to allow operation of a 24-hour indoor golf training facility in a tenant space on the Subject Property.
The agenda and materials for this meeting will be posted no later than the end of the business day on Friday, February 13, 2026 on the Village website. The website will include the meeting Agenda and the Agenda Packet, which includes the Petitioner’s application, plan set, and other documents submitted by the Petitioner.
