Earth and Arbor Day Exhibitor Application

  1. How many tables will you need for your exhibit (the tables the Village currently uses are 6 feet in length)?

  2. How many chairs will you need for your exhibit (the Park District typically provides 2 chairs per table)?

  3. Before submitting your application, please read and check the acknowledgment below that you have read these terms and conditions.
    1. While the exhibition is typically held from 9 a.m. to noon on the day of the event, these times are subject to change. The finalized times will be announced to all approved exhibitors prior to the event.
    2. The submission of an application does not guarantee placement at the exhibition. All placements are only final with the Village's approval.
    3. Participation in the Exhibition is free.
    4. Certain vendors may be required to submit a certificate of liability naming the Village and Park District as an additional insured. This will be confirmed with each applicable exhibitor at least one month prior to the event.
    5. Sales are prohibited. However, exhibitors may showcase, discuss or provide samples of their products.
    6. Equipment may be provided to exhibitors at the Village's discretion. The Village will confirm what equipment, if any, will be provided at least one month prior to the event.
