NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Northbrook Board of Trustees on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2025 AT 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Northbrook Village Hall, 1225 Cedar Lane, Northbrook, Illinois for the purpose of considering the following:

1000 SUNSET RIDGE ROAD – SENIOR LIFESTYLE CORPORATION
Application by BMSH I Northbrook IL, LLC c/o Senior Lifestyle Corporation (the “Applicant”) as owner of the property commonly known as 1000 Sunset Ridge Road (the “Subject Property”), for the purposes of:
A. Amending Ordinance No. 2012-36; and
B. Approval of any such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary to accomplish development and use of the Subject Property as requested by the Applicant.
The Subject Property (Real Estate Index No. 04-11-203-068-0000) is located on west side of Sunset Ridge Road, west of the Sunset Ridge Road and Skokie Boulevard intersection. The Subject Property contains an assisted living facility with associated parking. The Applicant is requesting to amend the original special permit approval in Ordinance No. 2012-36 to eliminate the condition requiring the Village Board of Trustees to approve changes in operators.
