NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Northbrook Board of Trustees on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2025 AT 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Northbrook Village Hall, 1225 Cedar Lane, Northbrook, Illinois for the purpose of considering the following:

VILLAGE OF NORTHBROOK
ZONING CODE AMENDMENT
Docket No. BOT-25-18 is an Application by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Northbrook (the “Applicant”) to consider amendments to the following articles of the Village of Northbrook Zoning Code:
· Article 2: Ordinance Administration and Enforcement
· Article 6: Commercial District Standards
· Article 9: Overlay District Standards
The amendments are pertaining to the elimination of the Archtitectural Control Commission (ACC) and a reassignment of duties previously assigned to the ACC to now be assigned to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).
The agenda and materials for this meeting will be posted no later than the end of the business day on Friday, December 5, 2025 on the Village website. The website will include the meeting Agenda and the Agenda Packet, which includes the full draft of the proposed new Zoning Code.
