All new development or redevelopment in the Village Green Overlay District (VG-O) that will impact between 10,000 square feet and 50,000 square feet of gross floor area or total development site area, shall require review by the Zoning Board of Appeals for a Design Review process. Review Article 9 Section 9-104 of the Zoning Code for the requirements pertaining to development in the Village Green Overlay District.
