Please see below for permit submittal requirements associated with work requiring a permit, which would include but not be limited to the installation of new elevator, upgrades and/or modernization to existing elevators, decommissioning of an existing elevator, etc.

Application Fees & Deposits
- Building Permit Application Fee - $325 per conveyance
- Additional fees may apply at time of permit pick-up
Drawing/Construction Document Requirements
All plans must be stamped "Final Drawing Set."
- Catalog cut sheets and specifications for parts being installed
- Site Plan or Layout showing location of new and existing equipment
